Delivery flow

How it works

Structured intake, reusable standards where it makes sense, tailoring where it matters, then a controlled revision loop.

Day 0 to 1
Intake and scope confirmation. We align on framework expectations, owners, and constraints.
Days 2 to 10
Tailor policies and procedures to your tools and processes. Build mappings and evidence prompts.
Revisions + handover
Minor revisions within fixed scope, then editable docs plus reviewer-friendly PDFs.

The mechanism behind speed

We move fast because we separate what should be standardised from what must be unique.

  1. Intake (Day 0 to 1)
We collect what you already have, confirm the target requirement set, and decide pack scope. We only request what matters, and we do not require credentials.

  2. Tailor and map (Days 2 to 10)
We tailor wording to your reality (tools, roles, processes). We build or update the mapping workbook and evidence checklist so your documentation is reviewer-ready.

  3. Revisions and handover
We run a controlled revision loop (minor revisions) and hand over an editable set plus a reviewer-friendly PDF export.

What slows delivery

  • unclear requirement set target or version expectations
  • missing owners or decision-makers for approvals
  • too many “we might also want…” items (scope creep)
  • waiting on procurement documents that are not available yet
