How it works
Structured intake, reusable standards where it makes sense, tailoring where it matters, then a controlled revision loop.
The mechanism behind speed
We move fast because we separate what should be standardised from what must be unique.
Intake (Day 0 to 1)
We collect what you already have, confirm the target requirement set, and decide pack scope. We only request what matters, and we do not require credentials.Tailor and map (Days 2 to 10)
We tailor wording to your reality (tools, roles, processes). We build or update the mapping workbook and evidence checklist so your documentation is reviewer-ready.Revisions and handover
We run a controlled revision loop (minor revisions) and hand over an editable set plus a reviewer-friendly PDF export.
What slows delivery
- unclear requirement set target or version expectations
- missing owners or decision-makers for approvals
- too many “we might also want…” items (scope creep)
- waiting on procurement documents that are not available yet
